Manufacturer availability, lead times, and specifications are controlled by the manufacturer. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell at a stated price.
4. Quotes & Orders
Pricing is provided by written quote only. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to manufacturer pricing, freight costs, and availability at time of order. Any order is subject to our written order acknowledgement, which, together with the applicable quote, governs the sale. Freight, delivery, set-in-place, and installation coordination services are quoted separately when applicable.
5. Warranties
Equipment we supply carries the warranty issued by its manufacturer. We will assist you in submitting warranty claims, but we do not extend, modify, or replace manufacturer warranties. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the website itself is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
